0146(1) Slide on preschool playground did not have appropiate fall zone. Slide was moved while Licensor was on-site. 0146(1)(a)(b) Licensor observed small plastic climber on the toddler playground not on appropiate ground cover. The climber was removed from the playground while Licensor was on-site.
